The property is a 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath home that has a hot tub, ping pong & pool table, foosball, WIFI, & smart TV's throughout the home with two porches to overlook pristine Norris Lake. The home is minutes away from Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews (5 min drive). There are 103 steps from the lower deck to the dock & the tram on the property is out neighbors & not for renters use!
The space
-We have several pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Feel free to contact us for rates & availability!
-The home is located at the end of Dodson Creek Cove right past Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina on Jesse Rd!
-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave & much more! The home also includes a hot tub, ping pong table, foosball, pool table, gas grill with propane on site that we provide, WIFI, & TV’s throughout the entire house w/ Cable in select rooms as well as a double deck overlooking Norris Lake!
-There is a private dock with a swim ladder! One boat is allowed per house. Our pontoon rental stays in the other slip!
-It is not allowed to leave your trailer at the property & is highly recommended to launch prior to going to the property. The road is short but is a single lane and is tight & peaks & valleys in spots which would make turning around with a trailer difficult. We however do provide several options. There’s an additional property we own 2 minutes away that it can be dropped at in the field beside the house or we have a gated warehouse less then 10 minutes away that it can be left at for the duration of your stay. Just please be sure to let us know which option you prefer as it gets closer. You can put in at Beach Island Marina (5 mins away)!
-Please note, this part of the lake has year round water. Just please be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate in off season months.
Guest access
The entire house is available & no more than 3 cars allowed at the property & 1 boat per house.
Other things to note
-Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent
-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor)
-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners.
-3 Car MAX limit as this property shares a steep driveway with our other property there.
-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property.
-We provide all firewood & propane tanks.
-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental.
-WIFI is Starlink High Speed Satellite & cable is through Youtube TV through an Amazon Fire Stick.
-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance.
-Nearest grocery store is Food City which is 10 minutes away.
-No pets are allowed at our properties
-Indoor Fireplace is for owners use only
-Please note that there is one slip available for guest use. We keep our pontoon rental in the other slip as stated above.
