Relax and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from your covered balcony. Swim in the designer pool or sit under one of the pool's waterfalls. Watch the kids from the covered patio / observation area 5 steps from the pool. Or take the bridge over the pool to the beach or take a dip in the Gulf. It is a walk of less than two minutes on your boardwalk.

The space

-This is a custom home, elaborately detailed and decorated - very unique for a rental offering. It comfortably fits multiple families (Sleeps 20), and is situated near multiple amenities listed below!

-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a combination coffee maker, 2 dishwashers, 2 large fridges, 2 ovens, one convection, microwave, air fryers, crockpots, 2 sets of washer & dryers, covered balconies, covered parking, wet bar, & much more! The home also includes a shared pool with the 3 other units at the property! We have high speed fiber internet with WIFI mesh systems throughout with Smart TV’s pre loaded with all your favorite streaming apps & Youtube TV as well! There is a shared propane grill at the bottom of the unit between both our units. It is rust resistant however the salt air destroys everything so while the outside may look great, the inside could have some rust. It is advisable to use aluminum foil when you place your food inside the grill! Each unit has their own grilling utensils as well!

-If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to enjoy the ocean and mother nature, this is it. There is Fort Morgan Marina where you can charter deep sea or inshore fishing trips and Tacky Jacks restaurant (.4 miles away), right across the street. Stop by the Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill (6 mins away) for some local Navy Cove oysters or one of their specialty drinks and a few other restaurants and stores close by.

-The ferry to Dauphin Island is 4 minutes away from the property to visit the Sea Lab & runs multiple times daily (weather permitting). We will send the link to the schedule once the booking is complete!

-Historic Fort Morgan is only 5 minutes away which has been around since 1834. We will send a link to it as well once the booking is confirmed!

-For Golf, There are two courses nearby with several others within a 30 minutes range. Kiva Dunes (8 minutes away) & Peninsula Golf & Racquet (19 minutes, 27 hole course) are the most popular in the area!

-If you want major outlet shopping or more night activity, Downtown Gulf Shores is 18 miles East. Although Downtown is 18 miles away, we want to be very clear and transparent that you will need to budget about 30 min driving there and back based on traffic and distance depending on the time of year. If you want to plan a trip to Foley which is further North, plan for a total of 45 min. Our home is in a great remote spot away from crowds so expect longer drive time. However, there are many restaurants now closer than downtown and several markets for basic food and pantry items.

-Groceries - There is a Walmart 19 miles away for all your grocery and pick up needs as well!

-There is high speed internet (1 Gig) with a WI-FI mesh system throughout as well as a printer for your use!

Other things to note

-Check in is at 4 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent

-While all homes/units are on pilings, once you make entry, all living is on one floor.

-We are beachfront! We do have a boardwalk that protects the dunes in front of our home & is roughly a 2 minute walk to the beach. If every home had their own walkway to the beach, Hurricanes (like Sally that hit us in 2020) would cause a lot more damage to our home and the beach itself.

-• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”

-We provide 10 beach towels, games, one cooler, 2 umbrellas which must all be accounted for at the end of your stay. They are located in the closet right outside the main door. Missing towels will incur a $25 charge.

-There is a shared propane grill at the bottom of the unit between both our units. -Trash pick up varies by time of the year from Baldwin County but does run twice weekly so please note there may be garbage in the receptacles whenever you arrive however they do take them to the road & will return them once pickup has ran. (There could be a day or two gap in between).
